Refund policy
KARAKUS LLC accepts return requests for most new, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery.
Due to the nature of personal care and electronic massage devices, items that have been used, show signs of wear, or have broken hygiene seals cannot be returned for a refund unless they are defective upon arrival.

 with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Our support team will review your request and respond within 24–48 business hours with return instructions and, if approved, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Items must be returned unused, in original condition, with original packaging and all included parts, manuals, and accessories. Returns sent without a pre-approved RMA may not be processed or may experience delays.
If the return is caused by our error, damaged item, defective item, or incorrect item, we will provide a prepaid return label or an appropriate resolution. For other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Banks and payment providers may require additional time to post the refund.
